Whilst your Jaguar is being serviced or repaired, we offer the highest standards of customer care by offering a range of convenient options tailored to your individual requirements. To find an option that suits your needs, please speak to our Service Department so we can tailor a solution for you.
Our Customer Lounge is available for you to make use of our complimentary Wi-Fi, read the latest magazines and papers and enjoy light refreshment.
We offer a Collection and Delivery Service, within 20 kilometres of our showroom, where we collect you from a location of your choice and deliver you back when your Jaguar/Land Rover is ready.
We also operate a Shuttle Service during peak hours where we can drop you into the City Centre in the morning and collect you at the end of the day.
Drop-off Service is available upon request, where we will drive you to your desired location. A premium Taxi can be booked on your behalf if that is more convenient for you.
Courtesy Cars are also available while your vehicle is with us.*
If you vehicle is with us for warranty service greater than seven days then we will automatically offer you a Courtesy Car.**
